Automatically Enable Generated Captions

We’ve introduced a new “Automatically enable generated captions” setting at both the Organization and Brand levels. When enabled, newly generated captions are automatically made available on the Jetstream player without requiring manual activation.

This setting is mutually exclusive with “Require original language review to be complete before auto generating captions for other languages”, ensuring caption generation and activation always follow the selected workflow.

Bulk caption generation now respects the active setting as well, so captions are either published immediately or remain disabled pending review, as configured.

Enable All Existing Captions

We’ve added a new “Enable all existing captions” bulk action at both the Brand and Season levels.

Admins can now enable all captions that have already been generated or uploaded across the selected Brand or Season in a single action, without manually enabling them video by video.

This action only affects existing captions and does not generate new ones, keeping it fully independent from caption-generation workflows.

Generation and enabling actions are also clearly differentiated in the UI to make it easy to understand whether captions are being created or simply made available.

Generate All Missing Captions

We’ve added a new “Generate all missing captions” bulk action at the Brand and Season levels. Admins can now generate all missing captions for the languages configured in Brand Settings in a single action, eliminating the need to generate captions language by language.

When “Require original language review to be complete before auto generating captions for other languages” is enabled, a confirmation prompt is shown before generation begins, ensuring admins are aware of the review requirement and can confirm or cancel the action.
