Ability to add a YouTube and Facebook account to an event linked restream directly from the linked restream popup

When you create a restream you can add your account directly in the popup. This is an improvement from the previous workflow that required the user to set everything up on Hope.Cloud. Now everything can be arranged here inside the stream settings quickly.
